As current CEO of ESRC, Dave is responsible for securing Foreign Investment Capital, working in conjunction with the United States Government to secure financing for the Healthcare and Hospitality markets in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. David has extensive background in Investment Banking and Private Placements, and as a former Securities Broker and partner in Leardon Daly Brown and Associates, David successfully negotiated many mergers and capital funding during his years on Wall Street. David also has background in Property and Casualty Insurance, and has developed insurance products for the Construction Industry, Real Estate and Hotel Development sectors. David is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and the Rochester Institute of Technology, with degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Engineering. s

Gail is a former Senior Account Executive at Buck & Pulleyn Advertising, where she led advertising and public relations teams for government clients. She also worked for Fleishman-Hillard Public Relations in New York City, as well as for Guthin-Myers PR in Rochester, NY. Upon leaving Guthin-Myers, Gail founded her own PR consultancy. Gail received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from St. Bonaventure University and her Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University.

Scott is President of Barnhart Economic Services, LLC, a consulting firm founded in 2005. The firm employs three Ph.D. economists, specializing in EB-5 and non-EB-5 economic job creation studies, TEA (Targeted Employment Area) designations, and EB-5 business plan writing. Dr. Barnhart received his Ph.D. in economics/econometrics from Texas A&M University and is an Associate Professor of Finance and the Program Director of the Certified Financial PlannerTM Program at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. The firm has used RIMS II and IMPLAN Pro Input-Output models to estimate the economic job creation impacts in support of I-924 regional center applications, I924A and I-829 job reporting and RFE (Request for Evidence) responses for dozens of regional centers resulting in excess of 400 job creation and TEA reports submitted to USCIS in the EB-5 program with 100% approval. To date the firm has analyzed projects with capital expenditures in excess of $14 billion with associated gross revenues of $8 billion and job creation estimates of over 260,000 jobs. Projects include $10-$40 million hotels and assisted living facilities, $200-$500 million destination and resort hotels and office buildings, hospitals, manufacturing, a $1.4 billion deep water cargo port off the coast of Louisiana, and a $1.3 billion electrical transmission line project in the southwest U.S., two of the largest projects submitted to USCIS. Professor Barnhart is also an active speaker in the national EB-5 circuit, having discussed EB-5 job creation and RFE issues in seminars across the US, as well as in China.

Marisa works with clients to develop thorough, detailed, and compliant business plans for EB-5 regional center sponsored projects. The plans are highly tailored to thoroughly address the all EB-5 Program requirements. She’s managed more than 2,500 companies in a multitude of industries, ranging from small businesses operating on a local level to large multinational ventures, with her specialty being preparing business plans for immigration visa applications

Curtis established the Dehm Law Firm in 1986, where he continues to expertly assist clients in a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on real estate, business, immigration and personal matters. Curt is a 1978 graduate of Ithaca College in New York State. His course of studies included an International program in London in 1976, and he graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics in 1978. Thereafter he attended Delaware Law School, being inducted into the Moot Court Honor Society, and graduated with a J.D. degree in Law in 1981. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982.

Chase has been a part of the EB5 industry for over 12 years, and in those years he has worked with dozens of EB5 Projects and helped 2000 plus investors navigate the complexities of the EB5 Visa.

He possesses vast knowledge of the EB5 industry which makes him one of the top EB5 Counselors in the United States. Chase also has over 20 years of Real Estate development and construction knowledge which gives him unique prospective when it comes to evaluating and guiding his EB5 Clients through the immigration process from initial I-526 petition, to I-829 approval and ultimately securing the safe return on his clients investment capital.

Julia worked as a mechanical engineer and taught mechanics at Georgian College. Then she established and ran a private tutoring and mentoring businesses because she enjoys working one-on-one with her clients and helping them to achieve their goals. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in engineering and received a Certificate from Business Enterprise Resource Network.
